Blue Eye Samurai follows Mizu, a mixed-race swordsmaker living in Edo-period Japan, who has spent her life hiding her identity and her striking blue eyes in a society that rejects her very existence. Consumed by a singular mission of vengeance against the white men responsible for her birth, she travels across Japan under the guise of a male ronin, cutting through political intrigue, violent power structures, and the ghosts of her past. Along the way, unlikely companions challenge her hardened resolve, pushing her to confront not only the enemies she seeks, but the cost of becoming a weapon shaped entirely by rage.
